We offer 3 different commission plans for this center…our popular $399 Transaction Fee ONLY for those agents who are comfortable working virtual and mobile and just need meeting space for customers, a $399 Transaction Fee with a $299 monthly private office fee, and a private office with no rent and a 75/25% commission split.

Our second office is now available for those seeking a Lee County presence and is located at Premier Executive Center
5237 Summerlin Commons Blvd.Ft. Myers, FL . This is a state of the art office setting with soaring lobby with water wall, glass enclosed elevator, multiple conference rooms with hi-tech presentation capabilites, beverage center, and private meeting office. Commission plan for the Ft. Myers only agents are at $399 per transaction only. Private keys will be issued to use the center at your convenience. Receptionist is available Monday-Friday.

All agents who join HomeChoice Real Estate have usage of both centers. Agents may choose to join both Mid-Florida or Ft. Myers Board, or choose only one.
